Since the quantity and quality of DNA sequence directly affect accuracy efficiency computation, design is essential for computing. In order to improve reliability computing, there a rich literature targeting at generating sequences with lower similarity that can hybridize melting temperature. However, it not trivial both temperature sequence, since problem under constraints Hamming distance, secondary structure molecular thermodynamic known be NP-hard. For sake achieving generated we proposed an improved method bacterial foraging algorithm based on activity bacteria (BFA-A). particular, effect vitality ability considered, competitive exclusion mechanism introduced sequences.
